TarraWarra Day Trip

A day in the Yarra Valley, all sorted.

No car. No driving. No parking. Just art, open country and a full day out with return transport from Federation Square included in your ticket.

How it works:

Board the bus at Federation Square at 11.30am and arrive at TarraWarra Museum of Art in the heart of the Yarra Valley. Spend the day with the current exhibition, then return from TarraWarra at 4pm, back in the city by late afternoon.

Go deeper with a Behind the Glass tour of our visible art storage — available at a discounted rate for Day Trip passengers. Open to visitors aged 16 and over, tours are available at 1pm and 3pm and book out in advance. Secure your spot via the link in your confirmation email. Casual food and wine is available at the neighbouring TarraWarra Estate cellar door.

Tickets:

$40 general | $32 senior | $22 concession | $10 members

Each ticket covers exhibition entry and return transport from Federation Square. Places are limited to 24 per departure.

When:

The first Saturday of every month*
Departing Federation Square at 11.30am sharp
Returning from TarraWarra 4pm (arriving in CBD approximately 5:30pm)

Extend the day with a Behind the Glass tour of our visible art storage at a discounted rate for Day Trip passengers. Tours are open to visitors aged 16 and over, subject to availability, please book in advance.

Food and wine is available at the neighbouring TarraWarra Estate including both formal and casual fare.
