TarraWarra Museum of Art’s Education Program is designed to facilitate and enhance experience, knowledge, understanding and enjoyment of art in an historical as well as contemporary context.

Linking with the Victorian Curriculum, Foundation to Year 10, Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) and Victorian Certificate of Applied Learning (VCAL) guidelines, the focus is to provide students and teachers with an opportunity to experience the very best of Australian Modernism and Contemporary Art in a diversity of media.

The Education Program supports enquiry based learning experiences that

  • facilitate questioning
  • encourage debate and critical and creative thinking
  • develop visual literacy and analytical skills
  • build on art vocabulary.

For more information contact the Museum on (03) 5957 3100 or make a booking through our website.
