Explore automatic journaling, body awareness, breathing and visualisation techniques to deepen your connection with your lived experience and your relationship with the art on display. This interactive and calming 1.5 hour workshop will be conducted by an experienced member of the TarraWarra Museum of Art Learning & Engagement team.

Only 15 tickets for adults are available.

Bookings essential.

Pricing: $20/ $15pp members
