Ever wanted to write about art?

Learn how to think and write visually at this interactive writing workshop, led by art historian and writer Dr Nancy Langham-Hooper. Using artworks from the major exhibition Sidney Nolan: Myth Rider, curated by Anthony Fitzpatrick, as inspiration, participants will learn how art historians look at the formal aspects of art, as well as how an artist’s biography and cultural context can enhance and deepen any written depiction of an artwork, in both fiction and nonfiction. 

TICKETS: $30 Adult / $20 Museum Members and Concession (Student, Pension & Healthcare card holders). Includes exhibition entry and writing materials.

Masks must be worn inside the Museum and COVID safe guidelines apply including vaccination certification.

FINAL SEATS AVAILABLE: This workshop is limited to 20 participants and will be held in the spacious Main gallery at TarraWarra.
